I have been mentoring OBU BSC projects for over 3 years, meanwhile, I had also been working in Accounting and Finance for over 8 years, worked in EY as an auditor, in Investment Accounting and worked as a Finance Manager in fitness Industry, focusing on restructuring, financial planning and analysis. The knowledge I gained helps me perform a better review for your work.
Doing my project was a big task, it took a lot of time, my mentor supported me a lot. From that time, I decided to become a mentor myself and give back to society. I feel a natural satisfaction when I help others learn and grow. I have been Mentoring since 2015.
My mentorship style is very comforting, you would find yourself getting close to myself and asking for advice in other matters of your life as well. I have a positive outlook towards life and try to promote positive behaviour and motivation in my mentees.
